Ashley Halton

Ashley is a highly experienced construction and surveying professional. He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and surveying industries. The majority of his time has been spent, constructing, renovating, maintaining, managing and surveying residential property. With his in- depth knowledge of building construction, pathology and repair he uses his developed skills to help clients understand the property they are buying. He provides them with all the tools they need to make an informed decision whether the property is suitable for them, prior to them making a commitment to purchase.

Specialism
Ashley is all about older Victorian era properties and has taken these apart countless times, so he knows these backwards and is our go to for Victorian properties. He likes them slightly smaller and does work with other surveyors on larger properties. He also does any properties “over the bridge” as this is closer to where he lives and he knows the vernacular.

Interests
Ashley loves to spend time in West Wales and loves the water. He can be found helping friends and family with their building projects when he is not surveying.
